Worth checking first

Most messages we get have an answer already sitting on the site, and reading it takes less time than waiting for a reply.

A game will not start. The titles are served by the studios that built them, not from our server, so a strict content blocker, a locked-down work network or a browser in a hardened private mode can stop them loading. Refresh once, then try a different browser before writing. If it still refuses, tell us the title, the browser and the country version you were on, and we can reproduce it.

Something about money. There is no cashier here, no coin shop and no payout route, so we cannot restore a balance, process a refund or release a win. If you were asked to pay for anything that claimed to be us, send us the link: that is a page we want to see.

Age limits and country versions. The header shows which version you are reading and the age that applies to it. Switching country changes the legal pages and the support services listed in the footer. Our responsible social gaming page holds the free, confidential helplines for each country.

Data requests. We hold no account for you, so a deletion or access request needs enough detail to find the server logs: roughly when you visited, from which country version, and on which browser. The privacy policy sets out what exists in the first place.
